While we fought for women’s rights and have earned our place in corporate America, we are paying the price. Our workload has only increased. We are not only raising our children but also working full time. We have gone from one full time job to two and women are at the breaking point. While we are strong, we must exert more control over our lives and draw the line on what we will and will not do. My goal is to challenge women to make tough decisions that bring them peace of mind and happiness.
